Our Community Program is a community outreach where we provide all of our services for free to any church and/or Missionary Group. We believe in giving back to our community. Our churches and our community organizations are a huge part of what makes Knoxville the amazing city it is and we want to help in any way we can. We will serve your church or organization by providing the following:
· Initial complimentary consultation
· Unlimited meetings, in person (by appointment), by phone, or
  via e-mail
· Assistance with selection of Event site
· Assistance with Vendor selection
· Invitation consultation
· Preparation of Event Day timeline
· Development of overall atmosphere and theme for your event
· Work within your budget to envision and plan all decor for        your event
· Assistance with accommodations for out-of-town guests and/or colleagues including transportation details
· Assistance with Menu plan

Event Day:
· Ensure all final details are completed
· Supervision of set-up
· Supervision of vendors at Event
· Provide detailed timeline to all vendors
· Assure compensation of vendors including "day of" payments
  and/or tips
